Smart Image Kit provides free, browser-based tools for processing documents and images, including but not limited to:

• Image resizing and compression
• PDF creation, compression, and conversion
• Background removal
• Document scanning with perspective correction
• Optical character recognition (OCR)
• Image upscaling and cropping

The Service is provided free of charge. No account or registration is required to use any tool.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:

• Upload files that contain illegal content, including content that violates copyright, privacy, or applicable law
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or overload the Service
• Use automated scripts or bots to make excessive requests
• Upload files containing malware, viruses, or other malicious code
• Use the Service to process files on behalf of third parties without their consent

We reserve the right to block access to the Service for users who violate these terms.

The Smart Image Kit website, including its design, code, and branding, is the intellectual property of Smart Image Kit and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

Files you process through the Service remain your property. We do not claim any ownership over the content you upload or the output you receive.

The open-source components used by Smart Image Kit are subject to their respective licences, as listed in the project repository.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. In summary:

• Files you process are not stored or retained
• No personal information is collected unless you contact us voluntarily
• Many tools run entirely in your browser with no server involvement

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free

• The Service will be free from bugs, viruses, or other harmful components

You use the Service at your own risk. We strongly recommend keeping backups of your original files before processing them.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Smart Image Kit and its contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the Service in the past 12 months (which, since the Service is free, will be zero).

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the Service at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, the Service, or third parties.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
